Biography

Kyre Adept was born in New Jersey in 1957 to a family of computer programmers; at the age of 14, she moved to Vienna and from there to England, where she lived for 20 years. During her English sojourn, Kyre worked the theatre, textiles, health foods and printing until she entered Hull School of Architecture in 1985. After taking her BA and Masters in Architecture, Kyre returned to the US, where she continued in architecture for four years.

While working in the Geotran office, Kyre began to train as a certified practitioner of Integrated Health Solutions™ and Gems of Excellence™. She continues to take part in four research classes per year with Dorothy Espiau. Kyre started Human Energy Science in 1999, and recently moved to Santa Barbara where she offers personal and group sessions in person and by phone. Meanwhile, Kyre began to focus on writing and energy healing. In 1994, she became a Reiki Master; in 1996, she worked as an editor/illustrator for a psychiatrist researching the differences in right-brain and left-brain functions. This led Kyre in the direction of energy patterns. In the following year, Kyre moved from Vermont to Sedona AZ, where she met Dorothy Wood Espiau, the creator of Geotran™ and its associated programs.

In 2002, Kyre was awarded a doctorate in esoteric studies (with honors) from American Pacific University; she wrote her dissertation on the connections between the macrocosm postulated by Ken Wilber, Rupert Sheldrake and David Bohm and the microcosm of the bio-magnetic field plus the ways the field can be changed using Geotran. This work is now available as the book Human Energy Science. Other professional activities include HES-based spiritual counsel, corporate integrations, writing about energy healing, and teaching prosperity.

Personal interests range from a passion for cooking, conversation and dancing to reading, writing, textiles and beadwork.
